






Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks while also handling administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts using accounting software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
Process payroll, reimbursements, and employee expenses.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Office Administration Duties:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Support HR functions like employee records management and recruitment coordination.
Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
