






Full job description
The Pre-Sales Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales process by working closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, prepare solutions, and demonstrate product capabilities. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, customer interaction, and sales acumen to help close deals and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Understand client requirements through meetings, calls, or emails.
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
Address client queries and concerns during the sales process.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with the sales team to design solutions that meet client requirements.
Develop and present proposals, cost estimations, and proof-of-concepts.
Customize product offerings to align with specific customer challenges.
Support Sales Process:
Assist in preparing RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
Provide pre-sales support for the sales team by bridging the gap between client needs and technical capabilities.
Work with internal teams to develop and deliver competitive bids.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges.
Act as a subject matter expert for the company’s products and services.
Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare technical documentation, product collaterals, and sales proposals.
Maintain a database of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
Provide regular updates to sales leadership on ongoing deals and potential opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹34,000 per month
