EvaluatorKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate employee performance based on predefined metrics.
Monitor work processes and suggest improvements.
Assess adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Provide feedback to employees and management on performance gaps.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of evaluations.
Collaborate with HR and management to improve work efficiency.
Identify training needs and recommend necessary programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in work evaluation, quality assurance, or HR.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make objective assessments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and evaluation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [Industry Name, e.g., BPO, IT, Manufacturing] is a plus.
Certification in HR or Performance Management is an advantage.
