Work Experience : Corn, Cotton, Sunflower
New Product Development-by identifying suitable Markets.
Demand Generation-By Conducting unique activities in farmer level, farmer Meetings/Field Days/Crop Show casing at Potential villages.
Channel Management- Managing Distributors & Dealers Network with good relationship.
Planning & Collecting advances token amount free the trade according to our sales plan.
Training the Team Members -Regarding New Technology / Agronomic Practices & Market Competition Regularly. Personal, Market Development Activities & SOP.
Responsibilities for Accounting of entire business functions of sales, receivables, positioning & return minimization.
Analysis and Making strategy for achieving the Goal no.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region with our portfolio.
Conducting Demos, SBS & Strips in Different segments.
Follow up University trials & Collecting Test Reports & certificates for Subsidy tender.
Strategy Planning
Planning and implementing consumer schemes, trade schemes and promotion activities through offers, incentives, rallies and allocating budgets to outlets.
Analyzing and reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
Sales & Marketing Functions
Assessing revenue potential in a particular domestic market after carefully studying and strategizing.
Undertaking steps for accomplishment of the pre set targets by carefully effecting plans /strategies.
Identifying market segments for business development potential & cultivating relationship management with high value client for enhancing the level of order generation.
Evaluating existing marker development, trends & collating information to develop business /markets.
New Product Development
Identifying as well as developing new markets for the new product lunch.
Supporting the vendor Development team by providing the technical needs for achieving the quality & uptime of the line.
Assessing performance of vendor based on percentage of rejection, quality Improvement rate, timely delivery, credit limit, etc.
Conducting the development of new vendors with Vendor Quality System Implementation.
Promotional Marketing
Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and escalating business volumes.
Handling sales and commercial aspects of retail and institutional sales.
Channel Management
Liaising with the distributor and depot in order to achieve the set target, along with identifying and developing reliable dealers/distributors for increasing market visibility.
Monitoring end to end process flows in order to ensure operational efficiency through distributors.
Developing & expanding the distribution channel network to enhance product reach & business targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹65,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
