Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader – Microsoft Office 365 Sales to drive sales, lead a team of sales professionals, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 solutions, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives focused on selling Microsoft Office 365 solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Keep up-to-date with Microsoft Office 365 features, licensing, and industry trends.
Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business growth.
Drive customer engagement and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in selling Microsoft Office 365 solutions with a strong track record.
Experience in a leadership role managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
Microsoft sales certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, MCP) are a plus.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Manage sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
● Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
● Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in Microsoft 365 or cloud solutions.
● Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, SharePoint,
OneDrive, Exchange, and Security & Compliance features.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable Microsoft 365 solutions.
● Experience in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation.
● Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS models, and IT infrastructure.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
● Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Microsoft 365 or Cloud-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security,
Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
Microsoft 365 Product Knowledge
● In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including:
○ Microsoft Teams (Collaboration, Meetings, Calling)
○ Exchange Online (Email and Calendar Services)
○ SharePoint Online (Document Management and Intranet Solutions)
○ OneDrive for Business (Cloud Storage and File Sharing)
○ Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
○ Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in technology sales or Microsoft 365 solutions.
● Experience working with Microsoft partners, distributors, or resellers

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
