Position: Admin Supervisor – Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary materials.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate problem-solving and forecasting abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and shift timings when required.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
