Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive to join Precision Grow. This hybrid role combines both sales and marketing functions, where you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our innovative AgriTech solutions, generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, sustainability, and technology, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, engage customers, and work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate potential customers about Precision Grow’s IoT solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Closing Sales: Negotiate and close sales, ensuring contracts are signed and sales targets are met or exceeded.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and forecast sales projections to management.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that promote Precision Grow’s products, focusing on sustainability, technology, and the agricultural sector.
Content Creation & Strategy: Write, design, and manage content for digital marketing channels including social media, email, website, blogs, and newsletters.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to optimize marketing strategies and identify opportunities for sales.
Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and credibility across multiple platforms through advertising, social media marketing, and public relations efforts.
Event & Webinar Management: Organize and promote trade shows, webinars, and industry events, representing Precision Grow and engaging potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Create marketing materials that resonate with potential clients, educating them on Precision Grow’s solutions in the sector.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign results and sales data to measure effectiveness, adjusting marketing and sales strategies as necessary.
