Location: –
Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Role & Responsibility: –
Record keeping of vendor, utility, and other invoices.
Organize and maintain the entire office filing system
Updating dashboard of invoices and timely payments
Managing office budgets and handling employee travel, accommodation, and relocations
Keeping up with the supply & inventory pertaining to office use like stationary, pantry and housekeeping
Record daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff and guide them to work in accordance with the company norms
Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
Calendar management and associated tasks, booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling staff meetings, off sites etc.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
Onboarding vendors pertaining to service and items required for day-to-day operation like maintenance, stationary, logistics, housekeeping etc. and keep a check on the best service provider in terms of cost.
Purchasing, Implementation and operations of Security and Surveillance.
Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas.
Other responsibilities given by management on need basis.
