Assistant Manager – HR
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, hiring, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. You will work closely with department heads and the HR team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Post job vacancies on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
On-boarding
Oversee the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Coordinate new employee orientation sessions and introduce them to company policies, culture, and key processes.
Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are completed.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain positive employee relations and promote a healthy work environment.
Assist in resolving conflicts and handling employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
Performance Management
Support the performance review process by coordinating evaluations and providing guidance to managers.
Help design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Monitor employee performance and work closely with managers to identify areas of improvement and training needs.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Prepare and maintain reports related to recruitment, employee performance, and HR metrics.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Support employee engagement initiatives and programs to improve job satisfaction and retention.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Recommend and implement strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
