Zeidler Group India Private Limited is a subsidiary of the European law firm, Zeidler Group (“Zeidler”) with offices in London, Frankfurt, Dublin, Luxembourg, Paris, Melbourne, Winterthur, Phoenix, New York, and Mumbai.
In Mumbai, we develop “legal tech” and “regulatory tech” solutions in the form of a modular online platform called “Zeidler Swift” to help the international asset management industry with their global legal and compliance challenges. About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to support day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and oral English skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team with high attention to details.
Key Responsibilities
Handle routine tasks such as data entry, filing, and electronic document management.
Maintain and update lists, calendars, and schedules.
Assist with creation and maintenance standard templates.
Support senior staff by managing simple tasks to allow focus on complex projects.
Keep track of pending tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members, be open to receiving feedback and share their opinion.
Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes.
Suggest innovative solutions to streamline routine operations.
Requirements
Excellent written and oral English communication abilities.
Highly meticulous and accurate in handling data and documents.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and reliability.
Open to asking clarifying questions to ensure task accuracy.
Welcomes feedback and actively seeks opportunities to improve.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
Proven track records of excellent performance

Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a global professional environment in a similar administrative or back-office role is required.
