Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in the Back Office Insurance Process. The role involves handling insurance-related documentation, policy processing, data entry, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of insurance processes.
Location: Andheri west
Note: It is a night shift opportunity. Timings: 7pm – 4am.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Processing & Documentation:
Review and process insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
Verify and validate customer documents as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of policy details in the system.
Claims Support & Data Management:
Assist in processing insurance claims by verifying documents and updating claim details.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system.
Coordinate with claims teams for necessary approvals and follow-ups.
Customer Support (Non-Voice Process):
Respond to customer queries via email or chat regarding policy status and documentation.
Provide assistance to clients in understanding policy terms and conditions.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data security protocols.
Conduct quality checks on processed applications to minimize errors.
Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with underwriters, agents, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare reports related to policy issuance, claims, and pending cases.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
Experience in insurance back-office operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
