Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Beauty Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product photography, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of photographers and assistants. - Key Responsibilities:
1. Photography Excellence:
– Execute flawless beauty photography, ensuring the highest quality images for our clients.
– Collaborate with art directors and clients to understand their vision and product requirements.
– Maintain consistency in style and lighting across all projects. - 2. Team Leadership:
– Lead and manage a team of photographers, assistants, and stylists.
– Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members.
– Coordinate team schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion. - 3. Equipment and Studio Management:
– Oversee the maintenance and organization of photography equipment and studio space.
– Stay updated with industry trends and recommend equipment upgrades when necessary. - 4. Post-Production and Editing:
– Work closely with post-production teams to ensure image retouching and editing align with project requirements and the brands objective. - 5. Quality Assurance:
– Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all photographs meet the company’s standards. Also is matching the brands objectives and their vibes.
– Address any issues or discrepancies promptly. - Qualifications:
– Proven experience in product photography, preferably in the beauty and cosmetic industry.
– Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product photography skills.
– Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software.
– Leadership and team management experience.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation in product photography. - Job Type: Full-time
