Project Management Consultancy Firm – Real Estate Redevelopment (Mumbai)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our project management consultancy (PMC) services, specifically in the niche area of real estate redevelopment. Based in Mumbai, this role requires a strong understanding of the real estate sector, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Lead Generation:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential redevelopment projects and stakeholders.
Build a database of builders, housing societies, and developers in the Mumbai region.
Monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities in the redevelopment space.

Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach housing societies and developers considering redevelopment projects.
Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting our PMC services and value proposition.
Work closely with legal, technical, and financial experts to address client queries.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including society committees, developers, and architects.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare detailed project proposals and service agreements.
Negotiate contracts, timelines, and terms in alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work with technical, financial, and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide market feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
Experience: 2-4 years in business development, preferably in real estate, project management, or redevelopment consultancy.
Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market, particularly redevelopment projects and housing societies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to network, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
