CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) :
Key Responsibilities:
Network Setup & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure network stability and efficiency.
Security Management: Implement network security protocols, firewalls, and other security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.
Maintenance & Updates: Perform regular maintenance on network devices, software, and hardware; install firmware and software updates to ensure network devices are running the latest configurations.
Support & Training: Provide end-user support for network issues, guide teams in network best practices, and train junior staff as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, layouts, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to plan and execute network upgrades and improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Certification: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is required.
