Position Summary:
The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the center’s daily operations. This includes overseeing administrative tasks, patient services, staff coordination, inventory management, and ensuring the facility meets operational goals and standards. The Center Manager will ensure that patients receive excellent care and services in a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee the smooth running of the center’s day-to-day activities.
Manage and monitor patient flow, ensuring all operational needs are met.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Team Management:
Lead, supervise, and support all center staff including medical, administrative, and support personnel.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to staff as necessary.
Ensure proper staffing levels to meet patient needs and service standards.
Patient Services:
Ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication and quality care.
Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with medical professionals to streamline patient care.
Administrative and Financial Management:
Monitor and manage center finances, including budgets, expenses, and revenue generation.
Maintain records and reports, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
Handle billing, insurance claims, and patient payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure the center complies with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Monitor the implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure continuous improvement.
Inventory and Resource Management:
Oversee inventory management, including medical supplies and equipment.
Maintain stock levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other centers and departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Communicate effectively with directors, staff, and patients to ensure smooth functioning.
Marketing and Promotion:
Support marketing efforts for the center’s services.
Engage with local communities and organizations to enhance the center’s reputation and reach.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
