KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive Input behaviors with
the assigned team of ADRMs and Advisors.
• Drive cross sales and new sales from the
assigned team of ADRMs and advisors.
• Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
• Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by
maintaining the Persistency standards.
• Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors for
new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
• Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
• Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving
roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors.
