Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India with Illusion Dental Laboratory, a leading dental laboratory with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality dental restorations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications And Skills

– Junior: 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other customer relationship management (CRM) software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Roles And Responsibilities

– Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our dental lab services
– Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of clients interactions, transactions, and inquiries
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients satisfaction and retention
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers
