We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team . The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively to enhance client satisfaction.
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri
Timing: Monday to Friday (10.00 am to 7.00 pm)
Saturday (10.00 am to 4.00 pm)
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and gather feedback for improvement.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests using the company’s CRM system.
Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
Support Team: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Problem-solving: Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, patient, and capable of building lasting client relationships.
