We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Manager – Modern Business. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of commercial acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise to excel in this critical role and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
Gather data from diverse sources including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, customer surveys, social media analytics, and market research reports.
Cleanse and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
Develop data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing.
Production & inventory analysis for best fulfillment rate.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics.
Analyze customer segmentation data to understand different customer demographics and their skincare needs.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launch success, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer retention.
Conduct churn analysis to understand reasons behind customer loss and identify potential retention strategies.
Create sales inventory forecast.
Assist production & sales teams to plan best offers with forecasts & create sales strategy.
Reporting and Visualization:
Develop comprehensive data dashboards and reports to present insights to key stakeholders including product development, marketing, and sales teams.
Create visually appealing data visualizations (graphs, charts, maps) to effectively communicate complex findings.
Tailor reports to specific audiences based on their data needs and decision-making requirements.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Analyze competitor product offerings and pricing strategies to inform product development decisions.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Communicate data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, and R
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively
Understanding of the skincare industry, including product categories, customer segments, and market trends
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
