Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, packing and shipping of products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, identifying stock discrepancies, and implementing inventory control measures.

2. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

3. Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of inventory.

Packing and Shipping

1. Manage the packing and shipping process, ensuring that products are properly packaged and shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

2. Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure competitive rates and reliable service.

3. Investigate and resolve any shipping-related issues, including damaged or lost packages.
