Academic Lecturers is responsible for delivering high-quality online instruction, facilitating student learning, and addressing student queries in a virtual learning environment. The role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for teaching. The teacher will create engaging lesson plans, monitor student progress, and provide timely feedback to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Instruction:
Conduct live or pre-recorded online classes using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Deliver lessons in an engaging and interactive manner to maintain student interest and participation.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Curriculum Development:
Develop and update lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Incorporate multimedia tools, interactive activities, and digital resources to enhance learning.
Student Support:
Respond promptly to student queries via email, chat, or discussion forums.
Provide one-on-one or group support to students who need additional help.
Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
Classroom Management:
Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
Ensure students adhere to online class etiquette and guidelines.
Address behavioral or technical issues during online sessions.
Communication:
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
