Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, strong scheduling abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). She will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Proactively follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage documentation.
Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential information.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and assignments.
Assist in event planning, meetings, and taking minutes as needed.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent follow-up skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Trustworthy, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in assisting C-level executives is a plus.
