We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Female Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential students, providing information about studying abroad, and managing students by offering proper guidance to support their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Share detailed information about our services and study opportunities in the Czech Republic.
Respond to inquiries and clarify doubts about the process.
Manage students by providing accurate guidance and building trustful relationships.
Maintain a database of calls and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Freshers or candidates with telecalling/customer service experience are welcome.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role.
