In this role our new team member will….
Assist in recording and posting bank transactions and entries into the accounting system and monthly reconciliation statements.
Vendor management – Ensuring Timely payments, coordination with vendors and preparing reconciliation statements.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients, timely payment follow-ups and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Assist in management of sales and purchase records and monitoring receivables.
Handling petty cash and credit card transactions as well as ensuring appropriate maintenance of such records.
Assist in preparing and filling TDS, GST and other compliance workings.
Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements for internal and external reporting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
Perform various ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Willingness to learn new financial software and business processes.
