Reception Activity
Inward & Outward Courier Entries & maintenance of records
Front desk activities, EPBAX handling & visitors management
Co-ordination with factory for materials & documentation
Vendor managerment & all office events arrangement
Co-ordination with Office boys, drivers & housekeeping staff (outdoor related work)
Ensure First Aid Box is maintained properly & frequent supervision of all medicines.
Admin Activity
Arrangement & co-ordination for vendor management, Office Supplies,Repairs & maintenance
Maintaining and monitoring AMC of AC, Computer, Fax, Telephone and EPABX
Managing all utility bills & processing for timely payment
Office Stationery & printing Stationery arrangement
Daily supervision of office assets, housekeeping activity & maintenance
processing quaterly payment bills (office premises maintenance invoice)
Other Activity
Monthly Insurance – Co-ordination for quotations, payment processing and follow up for policy document.
Assisting HR in employee engagement activities & other celebrations
Assisting HR in onboarding process of new joinee ( biometric)
Assisting HR in Arrangement of Laptop,mobile,simcard,visiting card,ID card etc.)
IT related cordination with IT Head
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
