Job Summary:

The Front Office Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate seamless office operations, including managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, and handling general office functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, organizational excellence, and superior communication abilities to effectively support both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, clients, and employees with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Manage inbound calls, directing them to the relevant departments, and recording messages as necessary.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office events, managing calendars for personnel.
Oversee the maintenance of an organized and welcoming reception area.
Respond to inquiries, offering accurate and timely information regarding the company and its services.
Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an efficient manner.
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Undertake additional tasks as delegated by management, contributing to overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A polished professional appearance and the ability to maintain a high standard of workplace decorum.
Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
