Job title: Full Stack Developer (React & Python) Cum Consultant_Pune (WFO)

Position Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack Developer with expertise in React for frontend development and

Python for backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UI/UX principles, enabling

them to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for developing

scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, and

optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.

 Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement intuitive UI/UXdesigns.

 Ensure application scalability, performance, and security best practices.

 Optimize application workflows and maintain clean, maintainable code.

 Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation.

 Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend and backend technologies.

Qualifications:

 5-7 years of experience in full stack development.

 Expertise in React.js and component-based architecture.

 Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

 Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

 Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks.

 Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Sockets, and third-party integrations.

 Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Must have: React JS in the frontend and Python in the backend with good UI/UX skills
Position: Consultant/Permanent
Total Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
Notice Period: 30 days or less for permanent, as soon as possible for consultant
Budget: 10.00 to 14.00 LPA
Job Location -Pune (Sadashiv Peth)
Working days: Monday to Friday
