Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the restaurant and nightclub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest experience.

This is required for a pre-opening outlet of Bastian Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and nightclub, ensuring smooth coordination.
Maintain the highest service standards and guest experience.
Monitor and improve workflow efficiency, ensuring timely service.
Enforce all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Financial & Business Management

Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
Monitor financial performance, sales reports, and revenue targets.
Implement strategies to enhance revenue across F&B and nightlife operations.
Team Leadership & Training

Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.
Implement performance reviews and development plans.
Guest Experience & Brand Development

Ensure VIP and high-profile guests receive premium hospitality.
Develop marketing strategies and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, celebrities, and HNIs to enhance the brand.

Compliance & Vendor Management

Ensure compliance with local regulations, including excise, licensing, and safety norms.
Manage vendor relationships for F&B supplies, event partnerships, and operational needs.
Requirements:

Experience: 10+ years in high-end hospitality, luxury dining, or premium nightlife management.
Education: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Financial acumen with P&L management experience.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Expertise in guest relations, VIP management, and high-energy nightlife operations.
Understanding of licensing, compliance, and safety norms in Mumbai’s hospitality industry.
