Creative Concept Development Collaborate with the Creative Director and other key stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand’s vision and goals. Brainstorm and present innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal collections, and other brand initiatives. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the brand’s identity and strategic objectives. Photoshoot Management Plan and execute photoshoots, including concept development, styling, and coordination with photographers, models, and other team members. Oversee the entire shoot process, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly. Select and edit photos for use in marketing materials, ensuring they meet the brand’s standards. Design and Production Oversee the design and production of all digital and print materials, including lookbooks, advertisements, packaging, in-store displays, social media content, website graphics, email marketing, and more. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms and formats. Review and approve all design work to maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all channels. Trend Analysis and Innovation Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of fashion and design innovation. Implement new design trends and technologies to enhance the brand’s visual appeal and consumer engagement. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with marketing, product development, merchandising, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback promptly. Print Design Take the lead on designing print materials such as lookbooks, catalogs, posters, and event signage Pay careful attention to detail and layout, ensuring that each printed piece tells a cohesive and compelling story about our brand and products. Quality Assurance Test graphic elements across various devices and platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Monitor the performance of graphic elements and suggest improvements based on data and user feedback. Maintaining Brand Aesthetic Ensure the brand’s aesthetic is consistently maintained across all touchpoints, including social media, WhatsApp, email, website, and other digital platforms. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in design elements such as typography, color palettes, imagery, and overall visual style. Adapt and create innovative and engaging visual content that adheres to brand guidelines while also resonating with the target audience. Collaboration Foster a collaborative working environment by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and merchandising. Solicit feedback from team members and incorporate their input into your designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Mood Boards/Look Books Curate mood boards and look books to visually communicate the desired aesthetic or theme for a project. Gather inspiration from various sources such as fashion magazines, art galleries, photography websites, or design blogs. Organize images, colors, textures, and typography that capture the mood and style you want to achieve. Present mood boards to stakeholders or clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment before starting the design process. Website Design Create visually stunning and user-centric website designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
