Job Title: Graphic Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift (Morning)

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Laptop: Personal laptop with Photoshop support is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and client-focused Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, and have working knowledge of Illustrator and Canva. You must be capable of handling high-quality design tasks independently and be open to working on-site full-time with a minimum one-year commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Create compelling designs for social media posts, ad creatives, banners, marketing materials, and branding assets

– Handle client-oriented creative tasks with an understanding of brand identity and visual strategy

– Collaborate with the marketing and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective designs

– Edit and adapt visuals based on feedback while maintaining creativity and consistency

– Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

– Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines

Requirements:

– 1–2 years of hands-on design experience

– Must have completed a Photoshop course with strong practical skills

– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

– Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus

– Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail

– Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

– Must own a personal laptop that can smoothly run design software

– Must work from the office (on-site only) – no remote option

– Willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 year in the role
