ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote the services to the new clients
Responsible for the conversion of the enquiries
Understand on the need and requirement of client and pitch on the core values of Athulya home care and Assisted Living.
Give immediate response to clients
Maintain Smooth relationship with all clients/customers
Pass on the positive enquiries to the executive for the conversion
Day to day database to be updated and MIS to be shared to the Core team to proceed further.
Send MIS to the team on the daily basis
Complete back-end support to all the internal and external team members
Follow the SOP in all the case
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
