Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist

Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring safe and accurate prescriptions, and supporting doctors and nurses with drug-related queries and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescribed medications and ensure proper dosage and administration.
Review and interpret prescriptions to detect any potential errors or interactions.
Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and storage.
Maintain stock levels of medicines and ensure proper storage as per standards.
Check expiry dates and ensure disposal of expired or damaged medications.
Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding medication availability and alternatives.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, bills, and pharmacy operations.
Follow infection control and hospital safety guidelines.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).
Registered with the Pharmacy Council.
2–3 years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, interactions, and side effects.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
