






Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Manage payroll processing, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate HR-related training sessions and workshops.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree OR Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
