Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative E-Learning Instructional Designer/Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, exceptional writing skills, and experience in instructional design methodologies. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop engaging and effective e-learning content that facilitates learning outcomes and engages learners across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and assessments using instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools.
Write clear, concise, and engaging content for e-learning courses, including scripts, storyboards, and interactive elements.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video to enhance learning experiences.
Ensure content is aligned with learning objectives, target audience needs, and instructional design best practices.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality of e-learning content.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in e-learning, instructional design, and educational pedagogy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality e-learning solutions on time and within budget.
Provide support and guidance to instructors and learners to facilitate effective use of e-learning materials and technologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve e-learning content based on learner feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
