Product Development & Merchandising:

Create renders and technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop to share with customers for approvals.

Assist in the finalization of orders based on customer feedback on renders and material availability.

Develop tech packs detailing specifications, materials, and trims for production teams by coordination with the Designer, Sr. Merchandiser and Production teams.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure sustainable material sourcing and accurate execution.

E-commerce & Shopify Management:

Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and images on Shopify.

Plan and execute timely photoshoots for new collections.

Ensure that fabric swatches, stock availability, and quantities are consistently updated on the website.

Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for a seamless customer experience.

Website & Digital Asset Management:

Update website content, banners, and product pages in line with seasonal collections.

Maintain an organized database of renders, product images, and marketing assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with the brand identity.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely sampling and production.

Coordinate with the logistics team to track inventory and stock movement.

Support the Sr Merchandiser in trend analysis, competitor research, and sustainability reporting.

The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in product development, order finalization, digital merchandising, and e-commerce management. The role involves creating renders and tech packs, coordinating with customers for approvals, ensuring smooth production timelines, and keeping the website updated.

This position requires proficiency in Adobe Suite, Shopify management, and website maintenance, as well as a keen understanding of sustainable materials. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a passion for sustainable fashion, and strong technical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
