Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Legal Associate to handle real estate and redevelopment matters. If you have expertise in property laws, conveyancing, RERA compliance, and redevelopment agreements, this is the perfect opportunity for you! - Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting & reviewing agreements, MOUs, conveyance deeds, redevelopment agreements, and RERA documentation.
- Conducting legal due diligence, title verification, and compliance for real estate projects.
- Liaising with societies, legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
- Managing dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration if required.
- Who We’re Looking For:
- LLB graduate with expertise in real estate & redevelopment laws.
- Strong knowledge of MOFA, RERA, property documentation, and compliance.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant legal experience.
