Role Overview:

We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance functions. This role is

ideal for a law student or recent graduate who is interested in intellectual property,

contract law, and corporate regulations within the music and technology industry.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in drafting & reviewing contracts, NDAs, and legal documents.

● Conduct research on IP rights, data privacy, and music licensing.

● Provide legal support to internal teams (HR, Sales, Product, and Tech) on various

matters.

● Support in handling legal disputes, if any, and coordinate with external legal advisors.

● Assist in maintaining and organizing legal documentation and records.

● Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the music-tech sector.

Requirements and Skills:

● Pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

● Strong understanding of intellectual property, contract law, and corporate law.

● Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month
