Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning :
“The Marathi teacher has to teach students of 1st to 4th standard classes.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on teaching students how to read, write, and understand Marathi.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including stories, poems, songs, and visual aids, to engage students in the learning process.
Plan activities like group discussions, role plays, and writing exercises to enhance language skills.
Student Engagement and Support:

Create a friendly, safe, and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable using Marathi.
Assessment and Feedback:

Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, oral tests, writing exercises, and other activities.
Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills and guide them to improve in areas where they need more practice.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marathi, Education, or a related field
Proven experience teaching Marathi to young children.
Strong knowledge of Marathi language, grammar, literature, and cultural aspects.
