Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The role involves managing and maintaining documentation, handling courier services, scanning and printing documents, and updating contact/address records. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain proper filing and listing of physical and digital documents.
Prepare, send, and receive courier packages; track delivery and maintain records.
Scan, copy, and print documents as required by various departments.
Maintain and update address/contact directories (physical and digital formats).
Assist in organizing and maintaining office records and archives.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document formatting.
Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors as needed.
Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies related to documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000 – ₹28,000 per month
