Job Title: Operations Expense Executive

Position Overview:
The Operations Expense Executive is responsible for managing and controlling the operational expenses of the organization across all branches. This role involves collecting, verifying, and reporting on expense claims, ensuring proper reconciliation, and maintaining policies and procedures that support cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Expense Claims Management: Collect and verify expense claims from all branches to ensure compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.
Report Generation: Generate detailed reports on operational expenses, analyzing data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Policy Adherence: Maintain and adhere comprehensive expense policies to ensure consistent and efficient expense reporting and approval processes across all departments and branches.
Payment Issuance: Process and issue payments for verified and approved expenses in a timely manner.
Voucher Filing: Ensure proper filing and documentation of all expense vouchers for future reference and audit purposes.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile expense accounts regularly, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and properly accounted for in the company’s financial system.
Cost-saving Measures: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
Expense Monitoring & Control: Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring that spending aligns with approved budgets and forecasts.
Petty Cash Management: Prepare petty cash statements at the end of each month, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Green Software Integration: Work on integrating and utilizing Green Software to optimize operations and ensure that expense management aligns with sustainable practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
At least 2 years of experience in operations, expense management, or accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and methodical in reviewing financial data.
Proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,000 – ₹34000 per month
