Job Title: Physics Teacher (Classes 11 & 12)
Location: Bhukum, Pune
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physics Teacher to join our esteemed CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Physics, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum and prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons for Classes 11 & 12 as per the CBSE syllabus.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide individualized support and guidance to students to improve their understanding of the subject.
Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc.), and other assessments.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
Maintain discipline and manage the classroom effectively.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field.
B.Ed. (preferred) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
Experience in coaching students for competitive exams (JEE, NEET) is an advantage.
Proficiency in using technology and digital teaching tools.
