Job Title: Principal (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Principal to lead our Residential school in Sangamner- Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, and a passion for fostering a progressive learning environment. She should have prior experience of working with a residential school.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership to maintain and enhance the school’s academic excellence.
Oversee the implementation of the ICSE curriculum, ensuring high educational standards.
Supervise and mentor teachers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Ensure adherence to ICSE regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
Develop and implement effective policies for student discipline, academic performance, and overall well-being.
Foster strong communication with parents, students, and staff to create a positive school culture.
Monitor and improve teaching methodologies, student assessments, and extracurricular programs.
Manage school administration, budgeting, and infrastructure development.
Lead admissions, marketing efforts, and school promotion initiatives.
Ensure compliance with educational laws, safety regulations, and government guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.), or equivalent. B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head) in a residential school.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹130,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
