Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Private Tutor to provide personalized academic support to students across Grades 1 to 12, aligned with IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and a flexible teaching approach tailored to individual student needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions (online or in-person).
Teach core subjects: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
Design customized lesson plans aligned with the student’s board and academic goals.
Prepare students for school exams, board exams, and class tests.
Track and report student progress to parents/guardians.
Assist with homework, assignments, and academic planning.
Apply varied teaching strategies to match different learning styles.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required); B.Ed. or Master’s degree (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience with students from any of the following boards: IB, IGCSE, CBSE, ICSE.
Strong subject knowledge and a results-driven teaching approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools for virtual teaching.
Preferred Skills

Experience with international curricula (IB / IGCSE) is a strong advantage.
Ability to teach multiple subjects across grade levels.
Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and adaptive learning styles.
