Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop optimize algorithms & firmware for motor control applications.

Design and refine motor control strategies for speed, torque, and position control.

Implement motor control algorithms such as Field Oriented Control (FOC) and Direct Torque Control (DTC) with efficient deterministic code.

Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and results.

Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate motor control systems and motor designs.

Analyze system requirements and create detailed specifications for motor control and motor design.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of motor control designs and motor prototypes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to motor control systems and motor designs.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in motor control technology and motor design.

Requirements
Experience and Skills Required:

Experience Range – 0 to 3 Years.
B.E. BTech or M.E. MTech in Electrical, Electronics or Associated Branches.

Experience in motor control system design and development.

Strong understanding of motor control principles, algorithms, and motor design.

Experience with brushless DC motors, PMSM, induction motors, Synchronous Reluctance and other types.

Proficiency in simulation and modelling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Scilab).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of electromagnetic design and its impact on motor performance.

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming.

Good Understanding of Inverter functioning and Controls.

Knowledge of power electronics and motor drive systems.
