Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Quality Manager for Laboratory. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of laboratory processes and results, maintaining compliance with industry standards, managing quality control procedures, and overseeing staff training and development.

Qualifications

Experience in laboratory quality management and quality control
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry)
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
To Oversea all the parameters required for NABL , ISO 15189:2022
Establish and implement quality control processes , EQAS monitoring and CAPA
Managing TAT, trainings.
Knowledge regarding Internal audit as per ISO 15189:2022
Knowledge regarding SOP preparation and QMS documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
