Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell construction materials and related services to contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
Visit construction sites and meet clients to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Create marketing content for social media, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events to represent the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – are essential for client interaction, presentation, and team coordination.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
