Job Title: Sales Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Interior Designer to join our team in Kokapet. This position combines interior design expertise with sales acumen to deliver exceptional design solutions to clients while contributing to the growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a passion for interior aesthetics, and the ability to understand and cater to client needs, all while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, and budget constraints.
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for both residential and commercial spaces.
Prepare design proposals, mood boards, color schemes, and layouts for clients.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of furniture, materials, and accessories.
Provide professional advice to clients on design trends, furniture selection, and space planning.
Conduct site visits to assess space, take measurements, and ensure project progress.
Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensure timely delivery and execution of design projects within budget and schedule.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technology in interior design.
Collaborate with the design team to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events and exhibitions to stay connected with new trends and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (3-6 years) as an Interior Designer, with a focus on sales.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D rendering tools, etc.).
Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience in client relationship management and project management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the latest design trends and innovations.
Familiarity with the Kokapet area and market demands.
Experience working with high-end residential or commercial clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
