Job Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering: Initiate contact with potential clients and establish a strong rapport. Understand their design preferences, needs, and vision by gathering detailed requirements, and build a strong foundation for the design process.
Design Proposal Development: Create compelling and customized design proposals that reflect the client’s desires. Develop mood boards, single-line drawings, and design concepts to visually communicate ideas effectively. Should be able to understand all working drawings including but not limited to false ceiling, electrical, hvac, plumbing, modular and manual wood work.
Quotation & Pricing: Provide a tentative quotation for the proposed designs, ensuring alignment with client budgets and expectations. Demonstrate flexibility and creativity when responding to different client needs. Going to site visits for gathering client requirements and site details, taking the site measurements needed for the preparation of tentative quotation.
Experience Center Engagement: Invite potential clients to visit our Experience Center, offering an immersive and hands-on experience with Visioncraft Interiors’ products, materials, and design possibilities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline by prioritizing potential clients and tracking their progress through various stages of the sales process.
Leads Generation & Tele Calling:
Identify potential clients and target markets for interior design services, using online platforms, databases, and industry-specific resources. Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services, understand their needs, and set appointments for further consultations.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure regular communication to address any evolving design preferences, and maintain a personalized approach to client interactions.
Proposal Sharing & Negotiation: Share design proposals with clients in a clear, engaging, and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns promptly, striving to create a win-win scenario that satisfies both the client and the company. Negotiate terms and conditions effectively, ensuring alignment with both client and business goals. Aim for high conversion rates by effectively addressing objections and closing deals in a timely and professional manner.
Onboarding & Client Satisfaction: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to designing phase. Provide exceptional service, maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere in every interaction.
Brand Representation: Uphold and represent Visioncraft Interiors’ brand image and ethos during all client interactions, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or Interior Design (B.Des).
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the residential & commercial interior design industry. Should have sound experience in handling the premium & luxury clients.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, client interactions and client management.
Strong enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Confident and compelling communication skills, with a proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi is mandatory.
Should be able to work on sales, CRM tools.
Proactive and determined with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets and expectations.
Ability to balance creativity with practical design solutions and effectively align them with client needs.
Mandatory 6 day working week with week-off on Tuesday. Should be ready to work on Tuesdays by taking leave on alternate days when required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Patient, Professional and polite communication is mandatory with clients.
