As Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our dedicated hospitality division. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and generating sales revenue for our guest house properties. Candidate should have good corporate tie ups.
Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate segment
Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients and travel agents
Manage and maintain existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and fam trips
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities
Required Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong network and connections in the corporate segment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours
