Job Title: Scrub Nurse

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining a sterile environment, and handling surgical instruments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team during operations
Prepare and arrange instruments and equipment in the operating room
Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
Monitor and manage surgical supplies and inventory
Support patient care before and after surgery
Communicate effectively with the surgical and nursing team
Requirements:

Valid nursing registration (GNM/BSc Nursing)
Proven experience as a Scrub Nurse (2–6 years)
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure environments
Team player with good communication skills
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
